Advisory Session Agreement

By booking a session with Carlen Altman, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services

Sessions are private, one-on-one advisory conversations intended for insight, clarity, and strategic guidance.

They are educational and advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, therapeutic, or clinical services.

2. Confidentiality & Recording

Sessions are confidential.

Recording of any kind — including audio, video, screen capture, transcription, or AI recording — is not permitted without prior written consent from both parties.

3. Public Attribution & Representation

Booking a session does not grant permission to publicly list, credit, or represent Carlen Altman as a consultant, collaborator, advisor, contributor, or team member.

Any public attribution requires a separate written agreement.

4. Respectful Conduct

Sessions are professional spaces.

Respectful conduct is required at all times. Carlen reserves the right to end a session immediately without refund if boundaries are crossed.

5. Payment & Rescheduling

All sessions are non-refundable.

24-hour notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions are forfeited.

6. Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results following our session.
