I do many things all in service to Spirit, Good Humor & Healing.

After a health crisis and spiritual awakening (OY VEY), I put aside my career ambitions to dedicate my life to uncovering the root causes (and solutions) to our planet’s mental and environ-mental crisis (without losing my marbles or sense of humor!)

MY WORK

Raised in NYC, I hold a B.A. from Oberlin College and post-graduate certifications in both Integrative Health and Spiritual Psychology along with training in many modalities.

My award-winning comedy, films, inventions, writing, journalism and other work have collectively been featured on The Today Show, MTV News, The Museum of Modern Art, at Sundance, Caroline’s Comedy New York, The New York Times, The Wallstreet Journal, ELLE, Refinery29, Free People, Teen Vogue, VOGUE, Variety, MUBI, and many other companies probably run by aliens.
